If you purchased a 1-year or 2-year subscription extension for the Bridgemate app but wish to undo this purchase, you must request a refund through the app store where the purchase was made. Information

Subscriptions for the Bridgemate app are purchased as in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. These purchases are processed entirely by the app stores.

If you wish to cancel your purchase and request a refund, you must submit your request directly to the app store that processed the payment. Bridge Systems cannot cancel or refund these purchases.

Follow the instructions below depending on the type of device you used to purchase the subscription.

If you purchased the subscription using an iPhone or iPad (Apple App Store):

  1. Open a web browser and go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase the Bridgemate app subscription.
  3. Locate the Bridgemate app purchase in the list of recent purchases.
  4. Click "Report a problem".
  5. Select Request a refund and choose the reason for your request.
  6. Submit your request to Apple for review.

Apple will review your request and inform you of their decision by email.

If you purchased the subscription using an Android device (Google Play Store):

  1. Open a web browser and go to the play.google.com/store/account.
  2. Sign in with the Google account used to purchase the Bridgemate app subscription.
  3. Click on your account icon in the upper right corner of your screen and click "Payments and subscriptions".
  4. Click "Budget and order history".
  5. Locate the Bridgemate app purchase in your order history.
  6. Select Request a refund.
  7. Choose the reason for your request and submit it to Google.

Google will review your request and notify you of the outcome.


Important

  • Refund requests must be submitted through the app store where the purchase was made. 
  • Refund approval is determined by the policies of Apple or Google.
  • If a refund is granted, the subscription extension will be cancelled and access to subscription features will be removed.
