Summary

This article describes the procedure for downloading and installing version 3.1.0.0 of the Bridgemate Pro server USB-serial converter for 64-bit versions of  Windows 7 and Windows 8.

Introduction

Version 3.1.0.0 of the Aten USB-serial converter driver has been tested successfully on 64-bits version of Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1.

Note:

Only install this driver when you connect the Bridgemate Pro server to a USB port using the “Aten USB-serial converter” which is supplied with the Bridgemate Pro server. If the Bridgemate Pro server uses a direct serial connection port or a USB-serial converter of another brand, do not use this driver.

IMPORTANT:

This driver should only be used on 64-bit versions of Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 8.1. On 32-bit operating systems, use the 32-bit driver instead. For Windows 10 64-bit and Windows 11 64-bit, use this driver.
